Active ingredients

Zinc naturally prevents UV light from hitting the skin. It reflects the sun's UV rays and prevents most of them from damaging the skin. Since zinc oxide is not absorbed into the skin, it is non-irritating, non-allergenic, and non-comedogenic. Kawakawa, also known as the New Zealand pepper tree, was one of the most important plants in Rongoā (traditional Māori medicine), used externally for cuts, injuries, and bruises due to its natural antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, as well as for treating toothaches, stings, and eczema. Manuka oil is probably the most commonly used native plant of New Zealand. In Jaggr, it is used for its protective and moisturizing properties, giving the lips a firm and hydrated feel.
