How much are the shipping costs?
Germany:
€4.90 for orders up to €50, then free shipping. Express €16.90
Austria:
€8.90 for orders up to €120, then free shipping. Express €28.90
Switzerland:
€15 for orders up to €200, then free shipping. Express €34.90
Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Romania, Sweden, Spain:
€15 for orders up to €75, €8.90 for orders up to €120, then free shipping. Express €28.90
United Kingdom (Great Britain)*:

DHL makes up to two delivery attempts. If you are not available during both attempts, the package will be available for pickup at the nearest post office for 7 working days. After that, the package will be returned to us.
How long is the delivery time?
Typically, the delivery time is:
Germany (DHL): approx. 1 - 3 working days // at the moment 2-5 working days
EU, Switzerland, and UK (DHL): approx. 3 - 7 working days
International (DHL Express): approx. 3 - 7 working days*
*may vary due to customs clearance in the destination country
Within Germany and Europe, we ship with our shipping partner DHL.
DHL provides a cost-effective and secure shipping solution. For international orders, DHL hands over your package to a national delivery organization - such as PostNL in the Netherlands, etc. Therefore, delivery also depends on the circumstances and logistics of the respective foreign shipping service providers.
Pure perfume sample or razor blade orders to Germany are shipped via DHL merchandise post.
Optional, we also offer shipping with DHL Express.
DHL Express includes a service surcharge compared to DHL. Orders with DHL Express as the shipping method are always prioritized. Typically, orders placed by 2:00 PM are shipped the same day. However, DHL Express does not hand over your order to the respective national delivery organization, but delivers it from our door to yours – completely in one hand. The advantage here: safest delivery abroad, very short transit times, and reliable, consistent delivery times (also domestically) despite known delivery delays, such as during Christmas.
How can I see where my order is?
After your order has been shipped, you will find a corresponding link in your shipping confirmation email. With this, you can track the current delivery status of your order online. Please note that it may take a few hours for the tracking to update.
Can I have my order delivered to a parcel station?
To have your order sent to a parcel station, you must be registered on the DHL parcel station website. Here is the link to the parcel station.
When you enter the delivery address for your order to a DHL parcel station, you must also include your first and last name, the post number (your DHL parcel station customer number), and the chosen DHL parcel station as an alternative shipping address.
Please enter the post number in the address supplement field. Then, in the "Street" field, please enter the word "Parcel Station" and for the "House Number" field, the number of the desired parcel station. Next, please enter the postal code and the location of the DHL parcel station.
Customs or import fees
No customs or import fees apply for shipping within the EU. For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs costs, taxes, and fees apply. For more information on customs, you can visit https://taxation-customs.ec.europa.eu/taxation_en and for import VAT at http://auskunft.ezt-online.de.
Returns of orders
We do not offer free returns. Therefore, you must cover the shipping costs yourself and can choose a shipping company of your choice - however, we recommend insured shipping. Until the package is delivered to us, it is your responsibility.
Important: International returns require a completed customs declaration indicating that it is a return. This must be attached to the outside of the package along with the invoice. Until the package is delivered to us, it is your responsibility. Woodberg does not cover customs fees or additional costs arising from insufficient declaration.

After receiving and inspecting the goods by our customer service, we will refund your money (excluding return shipping costs) within 2-10 days using the same method by which it was received. If the goods are used and/or not in their original packaging and sealed, we unfortunately cannot process a refund.
