In the summer of 2017, we decided to offer our favorite care products and niche perfumes not only in an online shop, but also in a physical store. This gave us the opportunity for the first time to look our customers in the face while advising, selling and chatting with them.

The classic shopping experience, with the not unimportant factors such as smell, sight, touch and direct feedback from the customer, is what we grew up with and what we stand for from now on behind the online shop Woodberg.

Schulstrasse in Darmstadt, where our shop is located, is characterized by its small, fine retailers and creates an inner-city experience that is what it used to feel like before the online era. The concept of the store is designed to merge online and offline, so to speak. The high storage shelves for online shipping characterize the look of the shop, as does the washing station, which is used to test the products on site. The concept was planned and implemented to our complete satisfaction by our favorite design studio, why the friday.

In addition, online and offline interaction is supported by the “Click & Collect” option. Customers on woodberg.de have the option of picking up their orders from the shop free of shipping costs, to for example test them out straight away.
