In the summer of 2017, we decided to offer our favorite care products and niche perfumes not only in an online shop but also in a physical store. This gave us the opportunity to look our customers in the face while advising, selling, and entertaining them for the first time.

The classic shopping experience, with important factors such as smelling, seeing, feeling, and direct feedback from customers, is what we grew up with and what we will continue to support behind the online shop Woodberg.

The Schulstraße in Darmstadt, where our shop is located, is characterized by small and fine retailers and unfolds an inner-city experience reminiscent of the time before online shopping. The concept of the store is designed to merge online and offline, so to speak. The tall storage shelves for internet shipping shape the look of the shop, as does the washing station, which serves to test the products on-site. The concept was planned and realized to our complete satisfaction by our favorite design studio why the friday.

Additionally, the interaction between online and offline is supported by the option "Click & Collect". Here, customers on woodberg.de have the opportunity to pick up their orders in the shop without shipping costs and, for example, test them right away.
