Leaf is beautiful unisex razor reinvented for modern needs. A perfectly-balanced handle cast from zinc and stainless steel with a pivoting head which allows you to shave every inch of you from your head to your toes. This razor is used with traditional double edge blades – easily broken into two halves – or single edge blades and you can decide if you want to load 1, 2 or 3 blades. With the number and the positioning of the blades you can choose how aggressiv you want your shave to be. No plastic, no pink tax, no expensive blades instead you get a sustainable and stunning design piece you can customize to your needs. The matching stand for a clean appearance in the bathroom is optionally available.
Matte (Black & Silver) finishes are softer and will show wear over time; Rose Gold may patina over time; Mercury, Gold and Chrome are very resilient.

Care: Rinse the razor thoroughly under running water after each use. At regular intervals, for example when changing blades, thoroughly clean the razor without blades under clear water.

Application

Break a traditional double-edge razor blade in half in the protective paper. Remove the two half blades from the paper and insert the desired number of blades into the razor. To do this, loosen the screw on the back of the head. You can now decide how many blades you want to insert in which position. The top position is the gentlest position and the bottom position is the sharpest position. You can adjust the razor to your own needs in this way. After the blades have been inserted, screw the screw on the back of the head back on. (Do not overtighten)

Adam Hahn and Adam Simone founded Leaf Shave 2017 as a Kickstarter campaign with the idea to reinvent a razor. A plastic-free shave people actually love. Someone needed to do it and so they did. Metal straws are popping out of reusable tumblers. People are investing in fewer, but better things. And disposable plastic razor cartridges just don't cut it anymore. That pun – was intended. Leaf, and their razor is simply a better way to shave. We are already completely convinced.

Der Rasierer tut was er soll und das auch akzeptabel, wenn man seine Erwartungen zügelt (keine glatte Rasur in zwei Durchgängen und auch nur bedingt wenn man gegen den Strich rasiert). Benutze den Rasierer für den Kopf und für ein gutes Ergebnis braucht es schon mehrere Durchgänge und Zeit.
Die Klingenzwischenräume neigen ein wenig zum "Verstopfen" und benötigen eine gründliche Reinigung/Zerlegung nach jeder Rasur.
Die Legierung scheint anfällig für Verfärbungen/Patina.. zeigt sich noch ob das gut oder schlecht aussieht.
