In-store pickup
With this shipping option, you can pick up your order in Darmstadt yourself or have it picked up.
Shipping costs and packaging materials are saved, and you can choose when you want to pick up your order, without relying on you or your neighbors being home at a specific time. A nice side effect: You can ask us directly about your products in the store.
This is how the pickup works:
During checkout at the register of our online shop, you have the option to select 'In-Store Pickup' and pay no shipping costs. Once your order has been received, it will be ready for pickup within one business day. To confirm that your order will be ready soon, we will send you a pickup confirmation via email immediately after your order process. So you don't have to wait for a follow-up email the next day as confirmation; you can simply come by for pickup starting the next business day.
