Pick up in store
With this shipping-option you can either pick your order up in Darmstadt yourself or have someone pick it up for you.
Shipping fees and packaging materials are saved, plus you get to choose when to pick up your order and are not reliant on you or your neighbours being at home at the right time. A plus: You get to ask us any questions about the products directly in-stores.
How the pickup works:
At the online check-out you have the option of choosing ‘Pick-up’ as a free-of-charge postage option. After we have received your order, it will be made ready for you to pickup within one workday. To confirm that your order will be ready for pickup soon, we will send you a pickup confirmation by email directly after your placed your order. So you don't have to wait for another email the next day as confirmation, but can simply come by the next workday to pick up your order.
