Dosage: A hazelnut-sized amount

Application: Warm a small amount of the balm in the palms of your hands and apply to the lengths of your hair. Twist or braid your hair and leave the balm in overnight - the longer the better. Rinse the next morning, or after the desired amount of time, and shampoo your hair once or twice as needed. To achieve the full moisturizing effect, follow with a moisturizing hair mask.
