Shea butter has a high concentration of Omega-7, promotes cell regeneration, heals wounds, and reduces the appearance of stretch marks and/or scarring.  Mandarin extract acts as an antiseptic and enhances the regeneration of new skin cells as well as the repair of damaged cells.  Rosemary extract has astringent, toning, and firming properties, and regulates sebum production, while wheat germ oil, rich in vitamins A, E, and D, tightens, cleanses the pores, and restores skin elasticity.
