Jade Facial Roller

Jade is an energy stone and has a healing, cleansing effect and balancing properties in the acid-base balance. The green stone is particularly good for soothing inflamed skin and has a positive effect on skin prone to blemishes. It brings peace and harmony, is said to attract luck and opportunities and is known to reduce stress.

Before using the roller, apply a few drops of facial oil to the skin as this will allow the roller to glide easily over the skin and the oil to be absorbed better. Start in the centre of the face under the eyes and cheekbones and work in short, gentle strokes towards the hairline. Work gently down to the jawbone. Then roll from the chin to the bottom of the ears. Next, roll across the forehead in an outward and upward motion. Use the smaller roller to be especially gentle around the eyes. Finish by rolling down the sides of the neck and then out towards the middle of the collarbone, this will help move any fluid built up on the face towards the centre of the body where it can be better processed. For an extra decongestant and soothing effect, store the stone in the fridge.
