Rose Quartz Gua-Sha Stone

Before using the stone, apply a few drops of facial oil to the skin as this will help the stone glide easily over the skin and allow the oil to be absorbed better. Start in the centre of the face under the eyes and cheekbones and work in short, gentle strokes towards the hairline. Gently work down to the jawbone. From there to the chin and to the bottom of the ears. Next, stroke the forehead from the inside outwards. Finish along the sides of the neck and towards the middle of the collarbone, this will help move any fluid accumulated in the face to the centre of the body where it can be better processed.
