It is not sulfated and therefore gentler on the skin and is often used in natural and organic cosmetics because of its cleansing properties.Shea butter,which is known for its moisturising and nourishing properties, cares for the shaving areas, whilehemp oil,which is known for its anti-inflammatory properties, soothes the skin.White clayis ideal for a smooth shave without irritation thanks to its regenerating and softening properties. Bivouak's usual essential oil blend with essential oils fromBergamot, Juniper Berry, ElemiandAtlas cedar barkhas antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, skin-tightening and nourishing effects.
