Russians often say: Поговорим по душам, which means "let's talk from soul to soul." This process usually requires a bottle of something strong and full engagement in extensive discussions about life, love, history, politics, and philosophy. In doing so, the souls of the conversation partners connect with the spirit of the bottle.
Baraonda is a spirit hidden in a perfume bottle. The scent embodies the search for a powerful and all-encompassing olfactory impulse, where everything and nothing connects in a new way. It was inspired by Wenedikt Jerofeyev's book "The Journey to Petushki" and captures the essence of a journey on a suburban train. It is an alcohol-laden poem without brakes and limits, an ode to all forms of alcohol and its hazy aftereffects. Baraonda is a whirlwind of the senses that envelops the wearer with a blend of warm and aromatic notes, the scent of old barrels with a fruity aftertaste. A delicate and precious creation that blends the taste and aroma of single malt whiskey with daydreams and reality, personal actions followed by corresponding reactions. For this perfume, The Nose used pure alcohol and exclusively high-quality natural ingredients that aim to promote the impression of an original taste experience.
The Nose wanted to capture the undeniable connection between the sense of smell and taste. We cannot perceive taste without smelling it. The background for this is the story of Jerofejew. The Nose touches on the theme of everything and nothing. In the book, the protagonist has nothing to lose; he is destitute, lives in terrible conditions, and his only joy is drinking. Consuming alcohol in all its forms gives him the feeling of possessing everything. And his nothing becomes his everything.
The cap on the bottle is made from Portuguese and Italian cork, a reference to the typical sealing of alcoholic beverages. The color of the fragrant liquid of Baraonda resembles a liqueur. The packaging arises from various associations with Moscow and Russian red, conveying its own message.
Attention: For this perfume, The Nose used the most expensive alcohol and exclusively high-quality natural ingredients that aim to promote the impression of an original taste experience.
