Lightfalls – Eau de Parfum – 50ml

"The LIGHTFALLS fragrance composition is colorful, warm and tinglingly peppery. A tribute to my number one source of energy, light. Every day I look for light. For me there is nothing more beautiful than waking up slowly with sunlight early in the morning, letting a ray tickle me and starting the day, even if it is sometimes early. I look for sunlight everywhere. In the distance, when it breaks through the clouds and makes something shine somewhere. In church windows, when I escape from the heat. Even in people I look for the inner light, the glow in their eyes and sometimes of course the blaze in their bodies and voices. Sunlight is magical and it can be so different. Warm, cold, blue, pink. Sometimes it is even multi-colored and if it smells too – wow! Even all Atelier Oblique campaigns do not use artificial light, they all have this warm, strong sunlight that brings the images to life. Light is simply wonderful – a promise and a source of inspiration equally.
When I moved into a new dream workspace in Berlin in 2014, I gave myself a present by decorating the roof windows with colored glass. From that moment on, my 300m2 studio was "illuminated" and made it simply beautiful to spend time there. A glowing colored figure wandered through the office every day with the sun and illuminated every corner, my employees, all visitors and also our thoughts. Some time later, I even covered part of the floor with an iridescent surface that reflected the light back onto the white ceilings and, in a strange way, turned the room into my personal rainbow. My own little piece of the "end of the rainbow." That was also the place where I created Atelier Oblique in 2015 to make rooms sing, dance, glow or shimmer with my first collection of scented candles. I wanted to create happy places with them.
Today I am dedicating myself to light in this very special way. With the creation of this Eau de Parfum I have created a waterfall of light. Sparkling, deep, fresh and illuminating at the same time. This fragrance invites you to immerse yourself and take a bath in the beam of light." - Mario Lombardo
