Lord knows I’m a Voodoo Child – Voodoo Flowers draws its raw power from the blues rock of the late 60s and early 70s and catapults it into today. This scent is characterful, leaves a distinctive impression, and wants to be worn with the same confidence. The fragrance unfolds like the vibrating sound of a tube amplifier turned up to the max, glowing and screaming with the rhythmic strumming of the strings. A sound full of energy that brings the seedy basement clubs to life. A seductive demon that is neither conforming nor seeking to please, and precisely for that reason is desired. Voodoo Flowers is captivatingly woody-floral and enchants the senses with an unmistakable smoky fragrance. Like a mysterious force that magically envelops us. The top note is dominated by an aromatic composition of gin, sage, champagne, and lime. In the heart, a lush bouquet of flowers unfolds with iris, violet, and pink pepper, while balsamic-smoky base notes of styrax, leather, and cedar solidify the character heavily and dominantly. Black magic.

Top Notes: Citrus, Champagne, Gin, Sage Heart Notes: Iris, Ginger, Jasmine, Violet Base Notes: Styrax, Cade, Leather, Vetiver

Hinter dem Duft

In search of new forms of expression, designer Mario Lombardo founded the fragrance house Atl. Oblique in Berlin in 2016 to capture his life and childhood memories in olfactory chords. The name Oblique is derived from the French term for "italic", i.e. a slanted font, and thus builds bridges between the fragrance house and Lombardo's design roots. In his work, Lombardo playfully overcomes stylistic boundaries and dares to do the balancing act between a wide variety of disciplines that often seem incompatible, thereby creating new connections in language, space, aesthetics and material. Composed in the French perfume cities of Grasse and Paris and handcrafted in Germany, the fragrances meet the highest content and design standards in the spirit of the Bauhaus philosophy. In addition to unique fragrance compositions, the unisex Eau de Parfum line impresses with small editions and simple packaging design.
